Chuck Wachendorfer, partner and chief operating officer of The Lennick Aberman Group has a two-decade track record of developing leaders, high achievers and cohesive teams. Chuck spent 17 years at American Express and built 10 divisional offices in seven states, working with over 1,000 advisors and staff. At every level and location, performance and results were in the top 5% nationally under his leadership. In 1997, American Express lost over 200 advisors in it’s most profitable market. American Express senior leadership entrusted Chuck with the largest and most visible rebuilding process in their history. Echoing his past leadership successes, Chuck took the troubled region from last to among the top five in the country within two years.
As a partner with The Lennick Aberman Group, Chuck has continued to build on an impressive track record. He has provided leadership and direction for Fortune 500 clients in the areas of financial services, real estate, technology, banking and other service businesses. Organizations have hired Chuck to further develop their executive leaders, maximize their top line results and increase sales and marketing efforts. As an experienced turn around expert, Chuck has served as an “executive-for-hire” for firms in need of crisis leadership. He has also done extensive consulting with privately held firms. Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University as well as Advanced Management degrees from the Harvard Business School and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has also been a certified financial planner for over 17 years. He and his family reside in Vail, Colorado.
